WARRANTY POLICY
Most of the products listed on this website are covered by a warranty ranging from 3 months upto 12 months. To know the specific warranty period for a specific listed product, please contact us on our 24x7 toll free 800-4328377 OR email admin@emirates-marine.com. Our warranty is applicable only against manufacturing defects, from the date of delivery. Warranty is provided by EMRTS Marine & Technical, and not by any specific brands listed on our portal.
All products listed on this website are tested to withstand normal wear and tear, but are not indestructible and can be damaged by misuse. Our warranty will not cover wear and tear, misuse and/or abusive treatment. But we do ensure a timely resolution at a fair price. Misuse may include, but is not limited to, damage by vehicles, tools, people, animals, falling objects, acts of nature, and using the product in any matter contrary to the respective standard technical operating protocols or for an application it was clearly not intended.
Before you send your product back for warranty review, please email us on admin@emirates-marine.com, to obtain a Return Reference Number or RRN from our Customer Service Department. Return your product, well packaged. Include your name, address, phone number, proof of purchase, and a brief description of the problem. The address to return the product will be sent to you via email. Please refer to our refund policy or further and comprehensive information on returning your product.
Disclaimer:This shall be in lieu of any other warranty, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The liability of EMRTS Marine & Technical under this warranty shall be limited solely to repair or replacement of the product within the warranty period; and EMRTS Marine & Technical. shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to, personal injury or labour costs.
